Getting Started
Log in: Open your browser, go to your POS website, enter username/password, click Login.
For Admins
First Time Setup
- Company Info - Go to Admin → Company Info and fill in your business details
- Add Your Store - Admin → Store Management, create your store
- Create Users - Admin → User Management, add managers and cashiers
- Set Up Products - Admin → Categories, organize your product types
- Tax Setup - Admin → Tax Management, add your local tax rates

Making a Sale
Start: Click "POS" button. Default customer is "Walk-in Customer" (or click "+" to add a specific customer)
Add Products (3 ways):
- Scan barcode - Just scan and it adds automatically
- Search - Type product name, click to add
- Browse - Click category tabs, then click product
Manage Items:
- More quantity: Click "+"
- Less quantity: Click "-"
- Remove item: Click trash icon
- Change price: Click on price (if you're allowed)
Add Discount:
- Select item → Click "Discount" → Enter amount → Click "Apply"
Add Delivery:
- Click delivery icon → Enter fee → Add address → Click "Apply"
Checkout:
- Click "Checkout" when done adding items
- Pick payment method:
- Cash: Enter amount received, system shows change, click "Complete Sale"
- Card: Click "Pay with Card", enter details or use CashApp, complete payment
- Receipt shows up automatically - click "Print" for customer copy
End of Day
Go to "Financial" → Pick your dates → Click "Generate" for your closing report
When Things Go Wrong
Printer won't work - Check it's plugged in and has paper
Scanner not working - Make sure it's connected, or just search for products manually
Payment won't go through - Check your internet, try again
Can't find a product - Search manually or type in the name
System slow - Clear your browser cache or restart
